It has never been more important for all students to be registered with a GP as soon as possible.
GP practices provide a range of services including medical advice and treatment for common illnesses, vaccinations and access to prescriptions. They can also help with ongoing long-term conditions as well as refer you to hospital and other specialist services for treatment if necessary.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are operating differently to help keep our patients safe. Please do not visit our practice in person unless you have been told it is okay to do so. If you need medical help or advice, we have a range of ways in enabling you to receive help including telephone and online consultations, and where appropriate, face to face consultations.

Alternatively, you can complete a GP registration form (GSM1) which is available to download here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/gms1. Please print this form off and phone our reception and we will advise you on a suitable time for you to come in and hand this in.
Please note that you must follow social distancing and wear a face covering before entering our practice. Please do not attend the practice if you have coronavirus symptoms, have tested positive or have been told to self-isolate.
Before completing the registration form, please make sure that we are located near your term time address, as we can only accept patients within our geographical area (available through the practice website).
